Its almost like Infiniti dealership owners want to fvck the customers, so they hire the most retarded mechanics available and fvck your car as much as possible.

that's why I would rather pay to do anything that can be done by other shops.. I just dun want the stealership to touch my car... (except sth big like the fuel filler hose recall)

Edit: Now I miss the previous manager of the stealership that I always go to... He always put his customers first.. which is why he is welcomed everywhere, even he is "Zoom Zoom" -ing now

North Houston. I hate to bad mouth them because I have nothing but good things to say about them except this one incident. The car buying experience was excellent and they have never given me any problems about fixing rattles. They are going to make things right so everything is cool. It is a little unnerving that nowhere in the service history did it mention that the wheels were removed. My tires were probably rotated even though I specifically declined to have it done.

we are on the forums, and we are ****ing nuts about our cars.

most people mechanics deal with are of the mom-and pops dont give a rats *** leased type.

Its very important that you make sure they know you want your vehicle back in perfect shape.

I actually stand in the garage and watch as my mechanic works on my auto. I've developed somewhat of a friendly relationship with the staff there, so they never really had a problem. I only let the head "master" mechanic touch my car as well. I request his work every time.

they also let me park and pull my vehicle out of the lot.

to tell you the truth, i wont go to a shop that wouldnt let me watch my vehicle as the work is being performed

^^^That works too...I had a guy that only trust the way i work...When i did interior work i take off my shoe and get clean towels so i don't scuff the interior...Lots of customer respect that...My Fellow technicians laugh at me...But oh well...

must definately be an infiniti dealer thing. When I went to purchase my sedan the porter backed into another car during the prep. Luckily there were two of the exact same car that night and the porter told the finance guy what happened right before I signed the papers. I had to wait another hour to take my car home since the guy had to prep the other car and finance guy had to do all the paperwork over but it was worth the wait.

this is why i hate taking my car anywhere for any type of work... you can never trust people these days and that sucks... i hope i don't get any bad luck when i take my car to the dealer for that fuel filler hose recall, sigh... my car is lowered with a kit on so i'm nervous leaving my car with them for 3+ hours...

I had the same thing happen to my wheels on my 06 6MT sedan. All four wheels had scrapes around every single lug nut well. It took a month to finally get a new set of wheels mounted. One of the "new" wheels had a gouge out of it that I luckily saw before I drove off. Had to get that one replaced by the dealer as well. I have small scratches on the newly installed wheels too around the lug nut wells, but not as severe, but still noticable if you look closely.
