I've ran my car one the same dyno several times:
with crawford V5 plenum
with motordyne spacer 1/4"
with both of them
Car made the most power with spacer by itself.
So how many HP did you gain? Looks like the cheapest way out is also the best way.Originally Posted by E_K

PS - I know what it means, and you're using it incorrectly.
Right:
0.999... /= 1

Wrong:
8-12 hp + 8-12 hp /= 16-24 hp
Right:
" 8-12 hp + 8-12 hp /= 16-24 hp" /= ricer math

You're right.
I mixed up my "does not equal" and my "approximately equals".

I don't think I'm the only one confused by this notation based on other reactions to your post............

For the record, nobody said...
Plenum (8-12 hp) + Spacer (8-12 hp) = 16-24 hp
...so how does your post answer the question...
"Plenum or Plenum Spacer / both?"

I have was looking into buying a MD Plenum Spacer until I found the Crawford Polished Plenum. I was wondering if getting both on a NA Sedan would be overkill or do they compliment each other. Would you only want both if you had a FI setup? Thanks
