Well the day finally came.....

Yesterday my youngest son comes inside and says, "Daddy there's a dent in your car". Immediately I jumped off the couch and outside. There's a dent in the lower bumper on the driver's side and a softball under my car. I start screaming at my sons and friends because they were playing outside where I could envision a line drive producing the dent. After much denial by my sons and the neighborhood kids I looked closely and realized that the dent was not produced by a ball. It was produced by a fuking microve in my garage that I pushed up against too hard. After going on a rant I tossed the microwave in the driveway and told my wife this is gonna cost $1200 to fix . Bottom line: I ordered a Nismo bumper today Shhhh!!!!!! Just sorry I missed the recent group buy! Lol

Wow...good way to get a new bumper!
Feel sorry for the kids tho...but they'll stay away from your car now.

LOL, $1200 dent.

Can I have your old bumper? I'll pay for all the shipping costs necessary. I want to try some cutting and modifying, need a bumper to play with.

From what I've read from the group buy I'm gonna have to trim the air ducts to get the fit around my intercooler. I'll keep you posted.

BTW - I did apologize to my sons. I'm not a complete bastard!

Don't tell him that! He wants an excuse to buy something new and this was his chance even though he caused it with the microwave. I think you did that **** subconciously and now your just all smiles

Buy the kids a toy or take em out to icecream to patch things over.

us parents are so quick to blame our kids immediately...aren't we? I remember a similar scenario with my 7 year old and to this day I feel guilty for accusing him before finding out what had happened. An new XBox game made him forget the incident.

Now, you're gonna have to be real creative and convincing when you try for the nismo side sills and rear-under spoiler

Group buy participant looking for an excuse to post a pic

good luck, the nismo front bumper is the (micro)WAVE of the future
