Anyone else notice a serious lagg while cold ?

My gf pointed it out to me & I just noticed it myself today. I started the car in my garage warmed it up for two minutes & while driving 15-25 mph thru my neighborhood it feels as if the motor is lagging ? You give it a lil more on the accelerator but very unresponsive ?? Does anyone else notice this same prob ??

I live in Milpitas, CA so its not the weather, currently in the low 70's outside

ps: today the new tire & wheel's are arriving 20x8.5 Giovanna Capri's w/ 245/35/20

03.5' Sedan, Garnet Fire, w/ premium & sport packages.

I beleive the tranny has to warm up before it shifts as well as it can... But it still does not shift crisply. I think I read the tranny has to warm up to 160 degrees to reach its normal operating temp.

yeah i get the same this its 40 here in cleveland and my car is a lot slower when its cold. but after a while its get much faster. I agree it must be the tranny. Also my breaks are not as good when they are cold.

I guess this must be an auto tranny thing since my 6MT seems to be fine even when it is not completely warmed up albiet I never really step on the throttle that much until the car is fully warmed up.
