So 20x10" wheels do fit on my 2.5" drop. . .
well I put my boy's 20x10" TSW's on my sedan with the 350z H&R springs installed

downfall is that they rub way too much. so at least now i know i can't get a 10" wide wheel even with a different offset. it was a fun experience just to test it out.

also got a nice pics of the old alti thanks to neal376

btw-- NOT A IC

i know 20x10 will fit on a stock height but remember i have the H&R 350z Race Springs on my sedan. The offset was from a coupe so I'm figuring about a 28-30 offset which yes it stuck out way too much. I might just stick with a 9.5" wheel and 255/30/20 tires

Well, I have seen too many people saying that a drop will make it rub/ or not...
Let me try to clear this concept (my 2 cents only...correct me if any experts think i am wrong):
1) Suspension is designed to travel in such a way that when the shocks are compressed, the rotational plane of the wheel will tilt, which is known as negative camber.
2) When you give ur ride a drop with whatever springs, you are just limiting or shortening the supension travel while changing the static equilibrium ride height to a lower level, but you are not really changing the way the suspension travel. Thus, if a wheel is going to rub (say it hits a big bump, and the wheel travels up and hit the fender), it will rub whether it is on a stock ride height car or if it is on a lowered car
3) Yet, you might hear some opposite theory saying that: "this set of wheel and tire combo fit on a dropped car but NOT on a stock car..". This is indeed PARTIALLY TRUE, however, be very careful that the wheel / tire combo clears the fender not because of the drop...but because many people install an adjustable camber kit... and gave it MORE camber ...to clear the OUTER FENDER
Please notice also that when it is the inner wheel well that rubs against the wheel/tire, negative camber will worsen it.....while a rubbing against the outer wheel well might be cured or helped by a more agressive negative camber
Disclaimer: just my 2 cents

rolling the fenders will help so it won't rub onto the body of the car. one big bump especially how bad the streets are here in NY and plenty of parts will break
bahahah, kenny you didnt see it!!
da mayor drove off with the 10inch wheels in the back (which STICK out, forget about rolling fenders) he drove up...maybe a 3 degree incline at about 15 mph and his tires started smoking
.
the offset was waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much
I got 19x8.5 on revised 350z suspension and I got some rubbing. nothing noticible, the inner fender puts slits in the tire. Eventually I have to have them rolled
