Tint: 50% just right or too light

I'm looking to tint so I would like to see what they look like and your impressions, is 50% too light or just right, 30 to dark? Throw up your pics, thanks, and happy postings

I have 20% all around and think it is perfect. In most states that is past legal. Also it does help to have a back-up camera for those pitch-black nights with no moon.

you really wont notice a diffference 50% tint. I have 25% and it's a little too dark at night. i have to roll down the window to look at street signs that arent illuminated.

I've done the whole route in my previous vehicles:

-Double 5% (rear windows of an SUV)
-5%
-20%
-35%

All served their purpose fine, but I'm keeping the 'G' very subtle with everything I do.

I've already decided on 50%. Their is a thread floating around here somewhere linked to a BMW 3-series coupe with 50%. I think it looks great...more of a difference than you think, but completely safe at night.

50% is fine. i have 35% on mine, but i find that the quality of the film is much more important. 3m on my windows so i know they will not turn purple.

50% is way to light
I have 20 all around, and i regret it.
5% is da ****, just drive with rolled down windows. but when your car is in park, it looks legit

Tanks for bringing up my next question, what brand does everyone find the highest quality, also it would be uber helpfull if some one would post a pic of 35% from the inside out and outside in, same with 50%

if you have stone interior, you may want to go 35% or even 20%. if you have granite, there is no need for more that 35% or 50%.

I'll see if I have any old pics, but doubt it. My last car that had 35% was 10 years ago, Ive gone darker and darker each time. I would def recommend 35%, IMHO 50% doesnt do enough to warrant the expense. Ive got 35% on my windshield and can barely tell its on (day or night, rain or shine).
