Debadging Car

Hey, i was wondering how to debadge the g35 emblem from the car, do i need to paint it after or something? sorry if this has been asked before but i didnt find an answer searching

Nothing you need to repaint if you do it correctly. There is a DIY for a Maxima but its the same for G35. I found the thread eaily through the search function. I think you should try searching harder.

No paint needed, try searching for "debadge," It's all there.

Edit: Oh sorry, you have a sedan. You have holes.

If you remove the Mt. Fugi from the back of the sedan there are two hole that need to be filled and re-painted. I am doing mine in a couple weeks.

Really? Thats a lot of work, I think only the 05 has holes, heard a lot of 04 guys have done it with out a problem.

I have an 04 and know for sure it has holes.
The coupe does not have holes.

damn...personally i'll just leave my fuji emblem in the trunk...too much work and cost...but thats just me...

It was worth the money for me- made the car look soooooo much cleaner.

^ Tried the regular 6/10's and didn't like the look. Besides, my red tails will match my upcoming BBK.

I wish I had a friend that owned a bodyshop. I had to pay $500.

Yeah that is about what I would figure. He is doing my car including a full buff for $100 + a 12 pack or fat tire. He did my Stillen hood for $100 and my UTR grille for free. I'm lucky


Again your car looks great! The black roof is an awesome touch. My GF thought I was nuts for taking off all the badges until I showed her that pic.
