How about aftermarket sway bars? That will definitely help with handling and it won;t make your ride any harsher.

Good point. Tire sidewall will help. If you get some very sitcky tires with a good size sidewall you could have a little better ride and still good grip.
I actually think I have found the issue...it has 215/45s I think with that width they should be 55s. I am going to replace them with 235/50s on the factory sport rims. I wanted to go to 245s like Ttrank recomended but i think that may be asking too much out of a 7 inch rim. I am guessing that will have a major impact. Not only is it closer to the correct sidewall but the wider tire will probably help swallow up some bumps.

thanks for all the help.

Thats a pretty small tire for a G, that should never have been put on there.

yeah, no doubt...I think the dealer I bought it from just replaced them and did not get it right. It is excellent practice for throttle control in a corner though. with the TC turned off the rear end is like a light switch...either it is still behing you or not...TC typically stays on!

cant wait to see how she rides/handle with the new tires. I was thinking about the goodyear F1s the magazines have been raving about. does anyone have any experience with them?
