liscence plate help

Hey i just recently got a fix up ticket for not having a front liscence plate and I was wondering if there is an alternative i can do besides drilling two holes back in to take it to get examined. I heard about some sort of hook that clamps on your tow hook and you can hook up your liscence plate on it. That way you can put on the cover back at anytime. If anybody has any other suggestions please let me know. Thanks.

Stillen makes a bracket that screws in the bumper toe hook. I also remember someone here cutting the toe bolt loop in half and making a bracket out of it.

Anyone know any way to fix the two holes that they did put in my car to put the front bumper on? I had it on when I got the car, but then realized it looks so much cleaner and nicer with no front bumper on so I had them take it off, but I still have those two holes, I would like to get them fixed and painted, but dont feel like paying an arm and a leg for it. any advice?

you mean front license plate right?? if so, buy the plugs that goes over the holes...cheapest way without having to fill and paint the whole bumper..save that precedure for when your front gets sick rock chips and scars from the freeway...it will happen
