I work with a salesman who has over 140,00 miles on his G35 '03 and he loves it - all he has done added aftermarket wheels, tires, change the oil, brakes, etc. I rode with him on a 500 mile trip and the car was totally solid. That's when I went and bought one. My '04 G35x just broke 10,000..

2003 sedan with a 130,000 on it, Runs good. Have that error message on my bose radio think its a jammed CD tho. OC issues started about a year ago out of the blue never had a problem with oil would go 5-6k on mobile 1 and would not be losing anything. now lose at least a quart evey 1500-2000 miles. Was going to start to mod it a little but dont want to cause any more stress on the motor. was thinking of a rebuild and tt at vinnyten but prolly not worth the money prolly just gonna wait for somthing new - evo X or wait for the 370z

but side note what non bremo brake upgrade should i get powerslot or stoptech with hawk pads?

Holy Sh.., that's alot of miles. You put all those miles on yourself? Any problems? I hope to keep mine past 100K myself. I'm at 39K right now.

I have an 03 Sedan with 166k. Haven't even done nothing major. Replace bearing for the back passenger side. Part was about 100 buck from Infiniti.

Thanks for all the comments from the 100K+ group and please keep it coming. I am in the quandary of getting an extended warranty for my '05 sedan before the factory expires. It seems that most people are not getting major problems. +100000 for Infiniti!

All i've done to it are regular maintenance and replaced the alternator belt, pads/rotors. Still on warranty til 100k, what does it cover anyway?

Might be a good idea to get a list going, either in this thread or a new one:

For instance.

100,00+:
1.
2.
3.

90,000+:
1.
2.
3.

80,000+:
1.
2.
3.

And so on, just an idea.

^ question: why would you post in here when you obviously don't have the highest mileage in this thread? the thread title is "Highest mileage G35 on here", not "What's your mileage".

this thread is becoming useless...

Smile How is your car holding up after 142k miles?

I just bought my car about 7 months ago. It had about 47k miles on, now at 54k miles. I'm wondering how well your car lasted and what issues have you had with it that I could expect? Any tips to prevent them?

Tires, brakes, rotors, belts, filters...nothing else.

Does a cracked windshield count towards maintenance?

Runs like a champ, does not seem to suffer from the oil consumption I have heard about on the board here either.
