04 Sedan purchased with 18K miles 12/04. Now have 108K. Ready for 3rd set of brake pads. Radio replaced under warranty at 21K. Battery replaced at ~80K and that's it other than tires.

Wish the tire size wasn't so odd...difficult to find speed rated snows.

The combined mileage of my 3 Volvo, 240 sedans, is 1,270,000 miles-- think about it! 3 cars with 1/8th the price of a G getting this mileage. Shouldn't we stop addictively obsessing and treating the G like an indulgent premadonna. This is, according to Wards, is one of the best engines ever made, 10 years running!

CD changer a common problem with G's. Most problematic areas have been brakes and audio system, both rated as among the industry's worst by Consumer Reports-- count on having this replaced, plus your brakes/rotors (often). Good Luck, hope you're under warranty, otherwise, you'll have to sell your firstborn!
