I attempted making the sp grill fit onto the sedan. It needed to be trimmed on the bottom and the sides a good amount, however, the design of the grill doesn't allow it to sit flush into the bumper. It is not a perfect fit, because the height of the grill is not long enough. There is a little gap, but it does not look like the gaps that some of the coupes have with the older SP grill. I also needed to cut the middle bar piece that the 2nd gen sp grills have in order to eliminate that gap between the hood and the grill because the bar wouldn't allow me to stretch the grill as much as I could. This is the only pic I have for now, it was taken with my phone.

Why did you do that instead of trying to modify the UTR sedan grille? I can't say it would have been any easier but it seems like it would have.

the utr sedan grill has different dimensions, its a complete different shape

if you have a coupe, this grill will fit.
