interesting idea, i like the SC/Turbo idea and i would say maybe pitch $5 instead of $1, maybe that way there will be more winners, not just one

Im in...sounds good..

Should start off small with exhaust systems...bodykits....wheels...performace parts such as turbos in monthly/quarterly drawings and work it up to a G for the year.

As one of those 40,000 that doesn't have a G, I want to win one.

Instead of cash, it could all be Paypaled to an account run by this forum's leader or head administrator. Then the drawing would have to be done like a fantasy draft, where everyone that's entered can log in and see an automatic random choosing program pick one of the logged-in names. Obviously those that are not active would not know about such a momentous event, and wouldn't be concerned if they weren't "in it to win it."

I know there are certain laws that govern how and where raffles are held for non-profit organizations (they vary state by state and are illegal in some states). I'm not sure what (if any) laws apply to an internet forum raffle, but it is something that needs to be looked into.

In my opinion i think the contest should be held every two weeks if its going to be a buck to 5 bucks per participant. also the type of products/prize should be the choice of gift certificates from two different companies to give the winner some choice or have a grand prize and second, third prize winner from one company. Another thing who is going to be collecting the money and how is the drawing/raffle going to be held so there is no question of unfairness...???just a thought

I'd love to get a G to accompany my Explorer since I'm currently an honorary owner.
