Sounds like a great idea but we should get a admin involved to do so. We need to have an exact plan and present it to the admin for there approval or disapproval. Such as prizes, times(How often we pull winners), longevity, how prizes will be distributed, how money will be received, sponsors(if any), legal ramifications, and what the forum gets for having the raffle.
