It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It took me a little over an hour of playing around to get them so they would be even and still have up/down adjustment that was even.

I had always thought my friend's S4 headlights were not aimed correctly when they had that step in them until I started researching for this project. It turns out that that step is built into the cutoff inside the projector on purpose.

Thank you very much everyone for all the compliments. It makes me feel very good that you all approve. :o

I tried to get some better night shots of the beam and cutoff but my camera makes everything look bluish-green for some reason. In reality the color is white with a slight yellow hue just like the stock hid bulbs. The fog lights are even more yellow than the picture. The yellow really does help a lot.

I have a quick question how did you keep the shroud on the projector. is it attached to the reflector housing? thanks

The shroud is glued to the projector with JB Weld. I used a little bit of JB quick on a few spots to get a quick hold while the rest was with regular jb weld for the long term hold.

So did you trim the GS 430 shroud with a dremel or something to make it perfectly round? I ask this because I notice that in the first couple of pics, it is an odd shape, but in the final pics, it looks perfectly round. But it is hard to tell. Thanks...

Yeah I took off a lot of it. Then masked them off and painted the back part black to blend into the housing.
