clutch wear?

how do you know when your clutch on a 6MT is beginning to wear down? does the engage point get higher or lower...mean closer to the floor or furthur from the floor. anything else i should be looking out for? thanks

Higher engagement point, away from the floor. More rpms to get the car rolling and difficulties shifting gears.

And it's gone when you fully engage the pedal, and the engine revs up higher than it should and you feel the car not moving as quickly as it should.. then the rpm's will drop back down and engage (all while holding a constant throttle).
