Dude that WAS INTENSE just watching it.
Super nice driving with the skidding, brings back badboys 2 when they dodging cars and boats on the freeway.

1. glad u dint kik the bucket
2. love the lightblue headlights.
3. our headlights only see like a few yards ahead, nearly not enough to see an acident if traveling at high speed say 50+, not enough forsight to react in time.

sweet driving and nice handling. say whats ur comment on the Gs handling since u experience something most of us hasn't, YET!.

Bro - first I'm glad to hear you are ok. I drive the freeways of So Cal daily and see all kinds of crazy stuff. Second, good thing you were driving a G and not a big SUV or something. More than likely you would have rolled a few times or gone over the median. How in the heck did you even see that guy sitting there? Dude, I hope you know how lucky you are. BTW - I saw that on the 11:00 news last night but couldn't tell you were in a G.

Dude, you were flying.......glad you are ok. Any pics

were there any persons in the stalled car? How did they get to the median without getting hit?

Looks like you swerved so hard to the right and then overcorrected...guess thats hard to prevent when you dodged that car so fast.

Good thing you are ok. You look like you were flyin though... The camera man just happen to catch you goin out of control randomly filming a car on the side of the road? That's intense, amazing how fast accidents happen.

thanks guys. i didnt see the stalled car (which was BLACK btw) until it was about 50 yards in front of me. no time to hit the brakes. the car handled well sideways until i hit s*** in the road. I ALMOST MADE IT. Had there have been a carpool lane or any kind of shoulder on left I would have been fine.

Okay, First here are some BEFORE shots.

<a href="http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v189/farfromflesh/?action=view&current=g06.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v189/farfromflesh/g06.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting"></a>

<a href="http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v189/farfromflesh/?action=view&current=exhaust2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v189/farfromflesh/exhaust2.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting"></a>

there were no other people in the car with me but my little puppy was with me.. amazingly he's okay!

now brace yourself for the AFTER shots.

I really like how it looks this low...

this is what happens when cheap wheels hit the wall...

Holy crap, the wheel is torn up. I think the back took the impact well, I wasn't expecting worse.

Keep us updated no what happens with your insurance, it's totally the stalled cars' fault.

Crazy incident. Good to hear you're ok.

Just wondering... who pays for all of this damage? (Never been in that type of situation, so I wouldn't know)

Wow that damage does not look cheap. But, that is a lot less damage than you would have had if you would have plowed into the stopped car. Your G and you may have been totaled. So really, the damage isn't as bad as it could have been. You'll be up and running in a few weeks.

That is insane! Glad you are okay. Looking at the vid the damage doesnt look as bad as I thought it would be, although still a shame to see a nice G take a hit like that. Good luck getting it all sorted.

it was a very dark part of the freeway. the camera guy was by himself and said he got there less then a minute before i crashed. there were no other cars driving in front of me so all the cars behind me had the benefit of seeing my headlights reflect off the stalled car ... but they still all managed to pile into it.

the camera guy was the first one to run over to where my car stopped. he helped my carry my sub box back into my trunk.
Good save, man....that could have been much worse for you.
