Who would win....?

sc has 20 more horse and v8 but 400 lbs heavier...

Dont know both *seem* to have 5.9 0-60's or so like road and track says...um...both are like 14.6 quarter miles so basically drivers race?

My bro has a 2005 SC430 i took him with my 04 G35 AT 1/4 mile, but the SC takes off good.
