Rear reclining seats (Are they worth it?)
Re: Rear reclining seats (Are they worth it?)
The one thing I like about the reclining seats is they can be positioned in a much more upright position than the 'base' seats. That is, I found the non-reclining seats to be angled back way too far.

You can't do a foot-brake in a car with a clutch. You'd get your foot caught on one pedal or the other. Plus, you need a handbrake for incline/hill starts.. requires a foot on the clutch, one foot on the accelerator, one hand on the steering wheel, and the remaining hand on the handbrake. I've never seen a manual with a foot brake, it's not practical.

Point taken, that makes sense, at least the G only has it with the manual, my Mustang had it with an AT, all it was was a dust gatherer, the space could have been used more effectively!

Re: Rear reclining seats (Are they worth it?)
My Acura TL has rear vents and they are essentually useless. The only car that has good rear vents are the MB S-Class because they have an actual fan/blower back there so you can feel the air.
As far as the seats go, they are awesome. My friends love it even when we go on 1/2 hour trips around the bay. Now if you didn't really have rear passengers, then you don't need them, but I often transport people so I need the rear seats and want to make it as comfy as possible. If it were just me, the coupe would have been my car though I am liking the sedan more and more. (We got better brakes)

So apparently you've never driven a full-size pickup with a manual transmission? Handbrakes don't work well with bench seats, unless the brake is mounted under the dash like on some import trucks. And quite honestly, if you need the handbrake to get going on a hill, you need more practice. No offense.
