Hello, I have a 2003.5 G35 sedan, it is not dropped. I was looking at some Axis Milanos for hte ride. They are 19X8.5,35mm offset and 19x9.5,45mm offset, what is the fattest tire I can put on the front and the back without any problems. Thanks

 

245's in the front and 275's in the rear.

 

i have 285's on the rears with a +45 offset and no rubbing or rolling fenders

 

Yes u do have rubbing when one person sits in the back or u make a fast turn or u go on a uneven road, unless u have -3.0 camber in the back.

 

I'd go with 245/35 and 275/30.

 

I had my 2 of my buddies on the back and it didnt rub for nothing. I tried it several times. BTW...I am sure I have a -3.0 camber, wheels are in a very slight angle, so it helps.

 

now thats different as i mentioned earlier.

I'm running 275/30's in the rear. on 8.5's, its a pretty nice Fit . If you run anything over a 30 profile i think you might have some bulge in the rear.

 

Augy What profile tire are you running ?

 

I'm running a 285/35/19 Falken in the rear! woohoo!

 

i was planning on running 285s in the rear but got to cheap to pay the extra 40 bucks so im going with 275

augy, 285/35 is pretty fat for the rear. The falkens have rounder sidewalls, I dont think you would be able to run that size with KDW's or T1R's with out shaving fenders.

 

BTW, hows the ride with 285? I heard that if you run 285 in the rear, you wont slip anymore. (slip light may go on, but vdc wont kill power)

 

thanks! yeah...i kind of hate the rounder sidewalls cause I have them on the front wheels and they look like there sticking out a tiny bit. The ride is very smooth and I'm glad I have the extra meat on the rear tires. Its funny but I did try peeling out with the VDC off and i didnt slip like before. The guy and the tire shop gave me the same price of the 275 series on the 285
