One thing that is weird is that he has other 03 g35's with more miles and less options for more expensive and I wonder why this one is so cheap. He also sent me a email saying the price is firm because he has the same model with double the mileage going for the same price. It's like why is this car so special then?

did you check it out to see if it's been in any acidents, flood or stolen?

In NM, a recovered stolen vehicle is sold with a salvage title, just like a totalled vehicle, not sure if that's a national law or not. What makes me wonder about this car is, why the dealer is asking the same for one with twice the mileage.

Is this an Infiniti dealer the car is at? If so, have the service department print you out all the records they have on the car. If it's not at an infiniti dealer then just take the vin # to the closest one and have them pull the records for you. It certianly won't tell you everything, but if there have been ongoing issues with the car it will be there. Through pulling the service records on a 03 coupe I was looking at I found a ton of red flag stuff, 2 wrecks requiring frame checks, replaced tranny and clutch at 10K, window motor problems, alignment problems.

looks like this car was a one owner lease return. There are tons on these now that the 03/04 are comming in off lease. They probably just don't have much money in it and may have been sitting on the car for a while. It is a darn good price if the car is sound.

Looks like I won't be a G35 owner, the dealership gave me the g35 for a couple days they called me today and said they want the car back because they sold the car on EBay. I was pissed off that they wold it when I had the car in my possession anyway yeah.

Most unfortunate. I have nearly the same identical vehicle that I plan to sell for $24k, without the factory aero.
Custom 18" wheels (have factory wheels too)
Sport package
Nav
Automatic
Leather
Premium package
Rear spoiler
Custom grill
40k miles
Super clean, never eaten in, (car nut)
Clean DMV

I'm selling to get the '07 G, this has been such a sweet car that I'm getting another 1.
