Tire Oddity

I was cleaning the wheels on my new '06 sedan and noticed that it had mismatched tires - Goodyear Eagles on the front and Bridgestone Turanzas on the back. Apparently it was shipped that way...

The dealer offered to swap out a set of tires (and wheels) from a loaner with equivalent mileage. Not sure if this is a good solution or if I'm comfortable with that - I know my rims are in good shape.

Two questions: What would you do and which tires would you keep?

Mark

They should swap tires, not rims. I have the Goodyears on my 05 and they work well IMO. Everyone hates the Turanzas so I would swap those.

keep the goodyears and swap the turanzas.... be sure to mark your rims with a chalk line or sharpie somewhere where you can go back to identify if your wheels have been swapped....
