Does anyone in Phoenix have a scan tool that can change the BCM lighting options?

I don't use the automatic headlights because the BCM turns the HID headlights on seconds after I drive into the garage, turns them on when it isn't dark enough, and keeps them on after the engine is turned off. I don't want to pay the rip-off charges the dealer charges to make these minor changes.

 

i think the dealer's Consult programmer is the only tool on the market that can adjust the BCM functions like the lights. I'm pretty sure the cipher tool can't do it.

 

I have been reading about Autoenginuity and thinking it might be able to change the lighting settings, but I have not confirmed that. You may be right that only the dealer can change the lighting items using the consult tool, but I want to explore options.

How much did the dealer charge to make the changes to the BCM when you had it done? I am expecting about $75 US.
