Are the rims staggered? How wide is the rear wheel?

The rims are 19x8.5 all around. They're cast, not forged, so they're slightly heavier then the coupe 19's. I believe its like 24-25lbs per rim. The offset for the rims are +50.

I have the same rims, but I'm using 15mm Project Kics spacers all around instead. With the spacers it makes it +35 all around. I went with 245/40/19 tires. Here are some pics, if you guys wanted to see. Sorry about all the dirt on the car

The car is dropped a little, but I plan to lower it just a tad more. I'm using HKS LS coilovers so it shouldn't be too much of a problem, I've just been lagging on it.
