That's prolly .8 hrs for someone that's done it b4 and knows what they're doing.
Go to another dealer and ask if they've done it b4. If they have then 2things. 1/ you'll get a better job done, and 2/ it'll cost less because he'll have done it b4 and can do it quicker.
As G35girl implies, if they've 'read the book b4', they'll do a nicer and neater job.
