This is the end of my first week with my G Sedan. My only issue has been the window fogging up when it rains. This might sound like a dumb problem, but in my Miata I would always put the defroster on Warm air to get rid of fog on the windshield, this appears to make it worse in the G. Today in a matter of seconds it went from acceptable fog to a complete white out..

To hopefully avoid this in the future, what is the correct sequence of events that should be followed when your windshield fogs up? Thanks!

I've found the best mixture is turnt he defrost on, make sure AC is activated, and set it to cool air. If the AC is not on, it will make things worse, as the air being blown out will be very humid.

Warm air that's been dehumidified by the A/C usually works best, in my experience.

Wow...The same damn thing just happened to me, today...I remember someone telling me, when the windows fog, try matching the inside tempature the the outside tempature and the fog should go away..Bullshit...after going nuts and almost driving thru on-coming traffic...i hit the Defrost switch (the A/C button automatically went on) and everything was gone in an instant. So I have to totally agree with NCOZBY...Defrost and A/C...I think RAIN X might have something to help out..I will keep you posted.

I have always used cool air to defrost, the warm air creates a fog of sorts, used to be hell when I had cars with no A/C or rear window defrost!

when i had a honda, as soon as you turned on the defroster the AC automatically went on. you then had to shut it off if you wanted. works better that way.
