after waiting a good 2 weeks for them because of DG color (wv2) from japanparts they finalllyyyy got in....they seem to fit perfectly snug on my mirrors anybody know what the hell that 3m stuff is? the instructions given are in chinese =/

 

i think its in japanese, and I also think that its some sort of adhesive

I believe the pack is a cleaner towel for before you stick them on.

Since mine is black they are sort of a waste but maybe I should get a set anyway.

 

That 3M pack might be a alcohol wipe or a some kind of wipe to clean the surface.

 

you bought it from japanparts.com..isnt that a hint that the manual would be in japanese...not chinese...JDM is not CDM..anyways that's beside the point

I cant wait for the picture i'd like to see how it looks!! and also, that packet might be an adhesive promoter...which cleans and allows the adhesive to stick better to the surface...

if you dont mind me asking, how much were they and does the back of those mirror covers have 3M double sided tape on the already? Is that how they stay on the car?

 

i just took a closer look at the cover and I think the red material on the back of the covers are indeed the double side tape...I'm pretty sure they fit so snug that they wont fly off the freeway

 

He didnt say how much they would be. Just that he had some coming with no ETA. That was about a week or two ago.

There about $150 on japan parts. Knowing Chad, they will be less than that.
