Can anyone tell me approximately how much the OEM 05-06 front lip extends the bottom of the front bumper both out and towards the ground (i.e. approximately X.X inches out and X.X inches lower)?

I really want to pick one up but I have a very steep driveway and want to make sure it won't scrape everytime I pull into the garage.

It pushes out maybe 2-2.5" and down not even a half inch. I have a fairly steep driveway as well, just go in at an angle and you wont scrape. I scrape my exhaust before i scrape the front lip

Ditto on the exhaust scraping before the lip. I'm careful when parking against a curb but driving onto steep driveways and over speed bumps isn't an issue for me with the lip.

 

This might help you a little. It's the lip on an 04 nismo bumper but you can get an idea of how much it adds. It's not much lower.
