Satellite Radio Question

Bought an '04 G35x last month. Satellite radio was working fine when I bought it. About 10 days ago, I turned it on and it said "No Signal".. and its been that way since lol. If a subscription runs out, does it say "No Signal", or does it say something else? I just wanna know if its a problem with the unit, or if the subscription just expired.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

If the subscription of any satellite radio is done, then the radio will work on Ch 0 or 1, the default channel that gives you the number to call for subscruiption. If no channel is working, then there is most likely a problem with the radio or the XM add-on.

Tutty - esfoad is correct. BTW - I recently had similar issues w/ my Sirius sat. radio in my car....2 months ago, it just stopped working & I had the same message on my display. The dealership couldn't figure it out & had to order me a new receiver, wiring & antenna. They replaced it all & now I'm back in business. Don't even waste your time on the phone w/ customer service @ Sirius...they suck! Take your car straight to the dealer (maybe call them first & see if they have any extra receivers & antenna's in stock, so you don't have to make 2 seperate appts/trips like I did).

Well if you bought it with it working meaning the person before had it then he cancelled it. If its yours then pay your bills they send you a bill weeks before its due.
