Is this reasonable ($) for a 60K service?

Local dealer is quoting ~$700 for a 60K service for my 2003.5 sedan. Here's what is being covered.

Engine/fuel treatment
Battery service
Rotate/balance wheels
Replace engine air filter
Replace in-cabin hepa/micron filter
Cooling system flush
Auto trans. Service
Brake system service & clean and adjust (e-brake included)
Inspect/top off all fluids
Multi-point inspection (suspension, exhaust, lights, etc.)
4 wheel alignment
Replace wiper inserts
Fuel system cleaning (including throttle body)
Rear Differential Service

Amount seems high, but they are covering a lot of the big things (indicated in boldface). Can you guys give me a sense for what you've encountered so I can have a basis for comparison. Thanks.

Nothing in that list is worth doing except for your system flush if that. Possibly do the RD service b/c I don't know what that is

Things you can do yourself:
1. Battery service
2. Rotate wheels (most likely they don't need to be rebalanced)
3. Replacing engine air filter ($40-50 for a K&N air filter or $10 OEM)
4. Replace in-cabin filter ($40-50 for carbon filter)
5. Brake service (BS - if you got pad life left and you can stop...your good - just make sure you have more than 2/32nds left)
6. Top off fluids ($0.99 for a bottle of windshield fluid)
7. Multi point inspection (if your lights turn on and work, your good to go)
8. Replace wipers (Buy one get one free Valeo wipers $19.99 at tirerack.com)
9. Throttle body (Buy a spray and get a good rag and your set)

Just FYI: When you take ur car in, they will RECOMMEND more stuff to be done. But remember, they only recommend which doesn't meant it has to be done. They get paid a flat rate for these things and want to find more stuff to get more money. My gf's dad is a toyota mechanic and he tells me all the stuff the other workers pull to get more money from customers. He doesn't do it because he believes in Kharma and just tries to picture that every customer is like a family member and you don't try and rip them off)

The rear differential service is basically draining and refilling of the oil in the transfer case (75W-90).

I think it might be worth it for you to just get the RD service and system flush. Nothing else is beyond your capabilities to do and there are plenty of DIY threads on these.

I'd suggest doing the flush for the cooling system and transmission be done by them....although i'm sure you could find some local guy to do the same thing by supplying him the materials. Everything else could easily be done on your own if you have the time. If not...then I suggest you buy everything you need and take it to someone for a cheaper price.

Don't forget "lip service" from the list. - That's priceless.

Do it all yourself. If it's an auto you'll have a hard time flushing the diff, so that might be the one thing to have them do.

$700 is a bit steep for that stuff.

I hope they kiss you first and give you a cig afterward! Most of that stuff seems like BS, but you can`t prove they did or did not do something. Service the battery? Look at the water level... Most seems DIY at the eighth grade level!
