Re: Gas Milage

My experience with my 2004 auto is I've averaged just under 20mpg overall in just over 2000 miles. I've got 22-24 on the road, and closer to 16 in city driving. Highway mileage is for approximately 75mpg.

Marginally lower than I got with my old 1995 Taurus.

I also have the navigation system, and it overstates the mileage from .5mpg to 2 mpg from what I calculate based on miles and gasoline purchased.

I assume this should be 25mpg, damn, that would be astounding!

Re: Gas Milage

I get mostly about 17 to the US gallon in town. The car will get good mileage on the hwy but at the speed limit. On the highway, I've got 27 mpg's (US gallon) in my Coupe, and 29 mpg's in my previous Sedan.
Like most have said, mileage is not this car's forte, but it sure is fun.

Re: Gas Milage

I get about 300 to 340 mile to a tank. I drive a combo of city and highway, and tend to drive very aggessivly.

But I drove the car easier during break in ... now faster so how would I notice the difference... anyway mine has been 18mpg not driving in much traffic but driving pretty fast!
