Where to get extended warranty in Cali?
I have a 2004 G sedan and it has around 55,000 miles on it. I have not had any major problems yet with the car yet...But I'm thinking about getting extended warranty for this car. Has anyone in California bought extended warranty after you left the dealership? I was searching on the net and according to California law, only the dealers can sell extended warranties. Just wondering what my options are...Thanks!
If you want the no hassle extended warranty then you need to go Dealership. There are other aftermarket alternatives. But they're like insurance companies. they dont ok everything on the spot. Alot of them use adjusters. PITA! BTW... NEGOTIATE at the dealers! Dont take the first price they give you as the final price. Offer them like $1200 below that and work from there. Trust me... I used to sell them...
