Well, the car came tinted from the dealership so that's already done. I might go darker but have to see about what happens with tint on tint, etc and what percentages are legal here in Texas.

I made the decision to go with a split decision. I ordered the clear corners from Chad and the Riverside Infiniti site and then got the JWT popcharger/z-tube combo from everythingg35.com.

This mod bug has bitten hard core. Next up is the front lip, plenum spacer, clear bra and right side cover. Then onto even more...

Don't forget the suspension mods, like adjustable sway bars and lower tie bars from GTSPEC...... These type of mods make the G so much more fun to drive.

An intake is nothing more than a noise maker on these cars. If you want the induction noise then save yourself some money and buy a Z-tube and remove the Power Duct cover and over radiator intake snorkel. The intake noise will be dramatically louder. Use the left over money to put towards sway bars or 350Z/coupe springs.

Dave,

I've read your thoughts on intake repeatedly as I searched through the forum seeking more knowledge on intakes, popchargers and the like. I appreciate your feedback and everyone's entitled to their opinion I guess but it seems from the various threads I've read you like to stir things up a bit. I guess there's always one on every board though... I just hope this thread doesn't start into an argument between you, Jeff and the other guy, talking about dynos and all that crap.

Thanks, the spacer is next on the list but may have to wait 'til next month. How long have you had your G and what are your thoughts on the pop-charger/z-tube combo?

People shoud always hear both sides before making a decision. If the site didn't have a wise *** like myself, people would damn near believe everything they're told.

Tint already came with the car so no worries Gary. I appreciate all of the input that has come in so far and look forward to one day being able to afford the continued suggestions of my fellow G-lovers.

True but at the same time when someone gets excited b/c there's a thread with 60 plus posts over a subject he's been looking for information on and it turns out that over half of those posts consist of bickering, arguing and insult throwing instead of factual information from "both sides" about the subject it can be a bit disappointing.
