tire/wheel help!!

i have an 05 sedan with tein s-tech springs. i am looking to purchase a set of wheels for my car and was wondering if offsets would differ greatly from a g35 that is not lowered. i am looking at a staggered set of 18x8 (225/40/18) in the front and 18x9 (245/40/18), and a set of 18x9 (245/40/18) all around. what are some situations which may occur with each set? and are these good sizes to choose from? which would be the better way to go?

A 9" wide wheel won't fit in the front so scrap that idea. You can do 18x8 at all four corners with around a +35mm offset. Or for a staggered set-up you could go 18x8 front, 18x9 rear. You would need like a +42mm in the rear or bigger.

I have a set of 18x8's for sale if you are interested. They are +40 and sit right at the edge of the fenders but with NO rubbing even when loaded. Lemme know if you are interested. I can send photos. PM me. I leave on a business trip this afternoon but I will be back on Sunday.
