Problems with steering wheel adjustments

Power tilt adjustment on the steering wheel quit working today on my mom's 05' G35X! The telescope adjustment still works, but she can't get the steering wheel to tilt, and it's stuck in the full upward position. The entry/exit assist button is still on auto, and the seat still operates like normal upon entering/exiting, but the steering wheel will NOT tilt either by manually using the joystick or by the entry/exit assist feature. Any possible ideas on this oddity? Any help is appreciated!

is there any noise(as a motor sound) when you try using the joysitck or upon entry/exit of vehicle, if not i would think its electrical(wiring) or maybe a fuse issue... this is an odd issue. im no expert but ive never heard of any problems before and maybe the answers can help those experts out there.
