Need help with drop and wheels
Hey guys I just now registered today but I have been reading on here since July when I bought my sedan. Reading on here actually helped me to choose the G35. Ok now on to the question. I have an '03 silver sedan with the sport suspension. Now I want to lower it but not too much maybe with the tein h or s tech? Or 350z springs? I want to put on 18" or 19" wheels with some lower profile tires. Im mainly going for a more finished look i guess less wheel gap but i dont want to have a lot of problems dragging and what not but i already have a somewhat stiff ride so that wont matter. Please let me know what you guys think?
OK heres an answer you can use:
Best springs to go with where you wont have to get a camber kit would be the TEIN H-Techs...and the wheels it all depends on the width of the wheel and the offset....

hope this helps a bit for you

yes the oem wheels from a coupe will fit fine on a sedan with h-techs or oem Z springs. However you'll need to change the rear tires from 245/45 to a 235/45 or a 245/40 to prevent from rubbing with passengers in the backseat.

I think it's been floating around for about 3 years now.
BTW, that chart is a good starting point but it is not 100% accurate. For example, it says that a 9.5" wheel with a +45 offset will be outside the fender line, when in fact it is not. Just FYI.
