I think coupe rears would be perfect with Z fronts thats my opinion.

 

i think you just need aftermarket shocks in the rear

 

Negative camber could have done that but it's more of a slow wear. If your toe is off it will eat your tires alive like that.

 

Yes you did Neal, don't make us FLAME YOU. You clearly stated I have my car lowered on full 350Z suspension. I never got an alignment, not after i installed my new rims/tires, not after dropping, not after getting a new set of tires. I have watched the tread wear very closely and paid extra attention to whether the car was pulling or not. Everything has been fine, I have had a little bit of edge wear but I chalk that up to cornering hard on the quasi-rural roads I take to work every morning. There are great stretches where I can go all out tourismo style with no other cars around for miles.

 

What kind of shocks are you using right now? oem or sports kit shocks?

the tire is feathered a bit and its on the outer edge.

visually....it looks like there is a bit of toe in...but I am not sure if my eyes are that accurate + my allignment came out fine last time

okay big deal....dude f*ked up his tires, he'll get new ones, and then he'll get an alignment!! Problem solved! Who's next.

 

It's always a good idea to get the alignment done, even if the tires arent showing excessive wear and the car isnt pulling, doesnt mean the alignment isnt out. You can prolong the life of the rear tires if anything by dialing in the rear camber as much as possible.

even with the edit...it still says that I expericaned the wear problem when I went back to stock suspension


whatever, I always get allignments to be on the safe side. this was the first time I screwed up---but I never knew it would go soo quickly!!

 

Dem be fightin words It's taking me a while but the day after new years I'm gettin my stuff. I'm gettin some '06 350z wheels and the z-tube and stock 350z springs from guy down in orlando. So soon I'll have pics to show. Also, I'm going to have Forged Performance put in some eibach pro-kits for me. I work 2 seconds away from these guys and they have some sick turbo z's and g coupes.
