Dealership is charging me 600$ for the 60K maintenance. Can anyone advise me as to how important it is for me to get it done by the dealership b/c my warranty is over. Im thinkin of getting it done through an independent mechanic but my concerns are:

1. How reliable are these independent people with 2003 Infiniti G35's?

2. Do these independent people have genuine Infiniti parts and computer systems to run diagnostics and replace parts?

3. If there are any people like this, can someone provide me contact info within the Chicago area?
