yup, but i think im going to buy the PIAA xtremeforce's. So im buying the h4 bulbs, that the same thing as 9003?

Sorry for the delay, just noticed the post. Yes the H4 and 9003 is the same bulb.
The bulb has a blue coating on it and you can see it when you look at the headlights.

is that with fogs on? why dont the fogs seem bright? I just see the blueish area. why doesnt it seem like they match at all with the hids?

I had the exposure set to 1/1000 that is part of the reason they don't seem as bright, another is the fact that I was probably in the low beams light path. Tonight I'll take some more at 1/60 and 1/30, that's more the way our eyes can see them. Here are a couple more pics for you to compare.




This one is from my video camera.

I had included the original pictures because I thought you wanted to see the color not the brightness. To me it's about how bright it is on the ground not when you look at the beam. I don't want to blind people.

Damn those are bright....you're gonna be pissing a lot of people off w/ such bright lights....but I'd imagine they'll move out of your way!

If that is the case, then he is getting the wrong bulbs. If you need them for fogs then you want to get a pair of bulbs that have a temp below 3k i.e. a really yellow light. I think he wants them for looks.
