I would wait on any future mods and save your money to get that damage fixed. You could probably get a brand new color matched aero bumper for a good price.

the driver side damage on the bumper is me, the gum covered whole and the fender was handed down to me lol.

The suede... well its suede its not supposed to look clean and one color, this is what gives it its design and texture, if i was going to keep it one color, i would've just left the original pillars

yep i agree with you, it looks like it is my est option. there's no point in adding mods to the car when it looks like that on the outside.

Don't know any in BK but I know a good shop in LIC, Queens if you willing to travel a little. My wife seems to like destroying her front bumper every one in a while on her '01 Acura CL and they charged me $500 for a new oem bumper painted. Maybe not the cheapest but definately trustworthy and good work. $1K sounds pretty good for the repairs. When you get the repairs done I suggest you paint the whole lower valance of the car to match. Looks much better IMO and makes the car seem lower to the ground.

BTW, suede looks great, so does tailight tint, did you DIY or have it done?

Welcome to the boards and best of luck with your repairs. I'd definitely say get the body damage repaired first and then work on the mods.

There is a body shop next to my work in Red Hook. They charge 400 for both front and rear and they do a pretty good job. With repairs though I am not sure how much it will cost.

why dont you get a nismo replica? its gonna be cheaper and you will have money left over to get the fender repaired. Why not try searchin for junkyards in the new england area instead of locally to find the parts. you and a couple friends could take a road trip to pick up the parts and have fun while youre at it. if they can find a brilliant silver fender for you, even better! no painting is the damage is minimul to none of the fender. same idea with the trunk.

Stay away from the replicas, but checking the wrecking yards is an excellent idea.

200 for a new fender...thats dealer price too. with enough research you should find cheaper. Also, body shops might have even cheaper prices

thsoe ****ers bolt right on, so you should have no problems.

front cover is another 200 bucks

I found out my local dealer is actually a bit cheaper than these prices

check the junk yards - always a good idea

thanks alot for all the help guys

I got an estimate at a shop over on Stillwell n Neptune for $1000 for all the work to repaint the fender and fix it, repaint the rear and front bumper, and the trunk and fix it. However he says i would need to find my own bumper.

That actually doens't sound like a bad price. I haven't found places to be much cheaper in general. At least not places worth taking the car to. Then again I haven't had to do body work for my cars in a lonnnng time. I guess that's a good thing. I'm pretty sure that the place I mentioned earlier would be about the same or a bit more. Just make sure you take it a to a good reputable place. Treat the G right.
