what wheels??

Hi, like i said I just got a 04 g35x sedan and I want chrome wheels. The biggest I can get is 20s, is that a perfect fit or get 19s? and what tire size do I get? What are some good wheels for a black sedan. Havent really looked so many choices.

Personally, I think 20's are too big. However, if you don't care about handling and acceleration, go for it.

I have stayed with 18's for several reasons. First, 19" tires cost a fortune! 18" wheels don't weigh as much as 19's and 20's. Acceleration is lost with 19"s and 20's.

I would go with 18" by 8.5" or 9" rims, you can get a nice fat tire that won't tear your rim up on a pot hole, won't ride to rough, and give excellent traction.

Go 19" max, but be prepared to pay thru the nose (or out the azz) for tires.

I dont care about acceleration or handling. Maybe I guess I will look at 19s, but wont the 20s be flush?

any rims 18,19, or 20 will be flush with the fenders with the right offset. If you're talking about filling in the tire/fender gap, then yes 20's will do that the most sufficiently.

Since you have an X you'll want your overall tire height to be as close to stock as possible so as not to make the VDC go haywire. In that case 18, 19 or 20 inch wheels (with tires) will be the same overall diameter as stock. That means you'll still have the wheel gap.

I have an 05G35X. I have 20 x 8.5 with 35series all around they look good but still have a good gap you might wanna look into Z or coupe springs with whateverwheels you choose. As for the X your not suppose to run staggered unless you pull the fuse.
