It's fast now. I've been having a lot of fun with it when ever I can find some open road.

I guess I could start a new thread and a poll just to see if anyone has some other ideas. If I painted it, I'm not sure if you need to run high temp paint or not on it. If not, there are a lot more color options. Maybe I could run a high temp base coat.

I'd put $ on it that you would have to.

Thanks guys.

I am buying a second upper plenum from another member this weekend so I guess I could take some time and polish it. I'll start a thread/poll this weekend and see what people think.

Edit, nevermind, I decided to paint it so I will not be buying that plenum.

Polish it to bring some of the shine form the outside in to your engine bay.

How much does it cost and how long does it take to powdercoat something like this? I can't go without my car and was trying to do this myself.

The stock engine cover? No way, I just got the UTR CF 350-style one. I think I am going to try and paint my plenum black this weekend.

Sweet job! Congrats on the twin snails. I'd need to get at least a VLSD in my sedan before attempting this.
