Has anyone hooked thier iPod up to the new bose system in the 07 G35 (w/ the premium package)??

If so, how did you do it, are you happy w/ the setup, suggestions???

hey man! glad to hear you bought an 07... i recently bought one too. anyhow let me explain something to you about the system that bose made for this car along with its av imput.

what you need is an AV IMPUT CABLE, Its about 20 bucks at apple or 10 on ebay. i got a fake one from china, whatever...

after you connect that to your yellow , red and white connection ports or w.e you put the volume all the way up on your ipod. its AV, not Tape so dont worry it will sound even better. This minimizes the static. then u press aux and its done, just turn that $%$ up and your "ballin" like jim jones!

another thing is if you plan on charging it while driving and listening it wont sound as good. but i deal with the little static it isnt too bad. you will get static if you charge it while listening to your ipod.

COLLEST THING IS YOU CAN WATCH VIDEOS FROM IPOD ONTO YOUR CAR SCREEEN!!!! WHEN ITS IN pARK OR U HAVE THE HANDBRAKE UP! SOOO SICK

im trying to find a way to bypass that

anyways , i hope this helps you, even though i spell like a moron.

If and when you do find a way of bypassing the parking break video display. Let me know. I so want to finally add videos to my Ipod. I currently only have the Dave Chappelle/Rick James skit on my Ipod.

for those of you with the "zen" you need to have a TV OUT setup. if u can connect it to your tv then it should work. its the same thing . IPOD have a TV OUT option. look for option on your zen. play with it, youll fgure it out. if i come across one, ill mess around and let you knoww

Noise while charging can be due to cheap chargers. Low quality transformers induce more noise. Try a better/different charge, it may help.
