passenger door

Does anyones passenger side door hard to shut and lock? I mean when you close it kind of lightly it doesnt fully close and you have to reclose it, maybe locking needs to be changed latch? My driver side is fine. I think im going to bring it into warranty and get it checked out. You need to really slam it to lock and shut it.

Not sure about terminology, but it sounds like a simple adjustment of the *striker* may be all it needs. Probably be OK to trust the dealership with that.

Get your seat belt out of the door jamb.

Yes, I agree that probably it just needs adjustment of the latch mechanism. I used to have to do that regularly with the trunk latch on my Dodge Dart Swinger (am I dating myself?).
