so this is the end for my G ??

wassup everyone,
Yesterday around 1:30 PM i was leaving work.. I was at the intersection of Sante Fe Ave. and 27th Street. I had a green light, was about to make the left turn onto Sante Fe from 27th. I look to my left and see a car flying at me almost like a missile. In the matter of seconds. The car SLAMS right into the front left side of my car. I span around about 5 times. My side air bags came out and everything.

This morning i went to look at my car at the body shop it was towed to. The whole frame is warped up to the windshield, both fenders are gone, hood, bumper, front lip, pulleys, radiator, F(L) rim, axels, suspension, two headlights, and MORE. I hope i get a total loss on this car. I know that fixing it will never bring it back to 100%. Any advice on this? Just wanted to tell the community what happened...

the guy is guilty, there was many witnesses that was there afterwards.

Any comments? I am looking for a total loss / or even to sell the car once i get it back. I am probably going to end up getting the new Sedan. sigghhh..

my ear is still ringing right now, my back, neck, and shoulder is sore as hell.. but thank god i walked away.

Here are the pictures i got.

Damn, your car has some serious damage. I'm surprised how the Civic took the impact. If you car is totalled, I hope you get reimbursed for the mods, or atleast get to keep them.

I sure hope he was insured! I wouldn't want the car back if it is repairable. Sorry to hear about this. I know you put alot into your ride and having someone that doesn't know how to drive just smash into it. It's such a pain to see. Have a speedy recovery and i hope you get to get the new G.

That SUCK$ - sorry about your loss and glad you walked away relatively unharmed. If the insurace company will total the vehicle I'd take the money and get another G. I hope the guy had insurance so you don't get the full bill - sell your mods...to me

Sorry to hear, bro. Although not much help... It's just a car. Be glad you walked away in one piece.

If you haven't already, I'd go get checked out. His insurance will pay of course. I was in a motorcycle a year back where I walked away as well and was sore as hell for about 2 weeks. I never got checked out, but wish I did.

Good Luck!

You did get a police report right?? By the looks of him, probably not real good insurance. That S*** hurts. Without a report good luck, but if you have a report and guilt is established you should have no problem. They will probably just offer you book value on it. No mods.. Sorry to hear, good luck...
