Quote: newp 03 definitely does not have the doggy door. take it from an 03er.

sports - red struts and 17" 5 spoke rims

premium - bose, reclining seats, dual zone climate control, and xenon/sunroof. xenon/sunroof wasn't a part of the premium, but it was hard to find a premium w/o these two options.
so i have a 03.5?

Quote: If it's an 03 or 03.5 auto I doubt it's the sports. There were not too many of them made. But like Diesel said the red struts are the give-away on the 03-04's.
The car is in for a PPI as I type, it doesn't have the sports package but it DOES have the premium package! I am psyched!! I just ordered a V1 w/next day shipping and I'll be booking a flight for hopefully this weekend to go pick it up and drive it 2700 miles home.

This is the definitive G35 deal of the year. 2003 (not 2003.5 - no embroidered logo on the head rests), 90K, nav, xenons, moonroof, premium, sedan for $12K. It has 18" el-cheapo rims (Privat), not 20" rims as I was previously told, but who cares for this price. It just needs 4 new tires (so far anyway, waiting for PPI guys to call back but their initial review sounded pretty good - couple minor buffable scratches, one 1/8th" hole in the back seat leather, some wear on the driver seat bolster).

Mine was a CB/willow 2003.5 (no doggy door) auto sport premium. It was also in an accident and the rear strut replacements were black. The sport package also had the titanium plastic console trim, I believe. If you have at least one of those (five spoke 17' rims, red struts, titanium plastic console and door trim), then it MAY be sport. Almost anything can be added after the sale.

I traded it in on a DG/Graphite 2006 auto sport premium. The body shop pretty much destroyed the willow. More like stone after they were done. HTH.

That's pretty good, I'd say comparable to mine I just bought: 03.5 6MT, 54K, Nav, premium, black on black sedan, for $14.8K. My exterior definitely has some dings and scratches, but the interior is nearly mint. Waiting to see how it looks after a good wax. Maybe we can have co-deals of the year.

I learned about the ECU the hard way... bought Unichip.. didn't fit.. sold Unichip. Sigh...

You might want to add that 2006 don't have red struts anymore for their sports package and the 2006 Navi is different as well.

- Aero package includes the sport package, so if you can find all the rear spoiler (+ deleted inside 3rd brake light),
I always thought that Nissan deleted the interior 3rd light if you got a factory spoiler. My Max was like that, but I have a 3rd light. It must be because it's molded together with the Blose sub. I have a 6mt so by default I have sport. I actually had to go outside to check. So I guess 3rd light delete only holds true for non prem pkg sedans. I think I learned something new today on how to distinguish.

deleted would be nice. the g35 i bought had the 3rd brake light out which is apparently a common problem and the entire assembly needs to be replaced at about $150 for the part plus 1.5 hours labor.

The assembly might be different if you have the Bose sub. You might wanna make sure b4 ordering the parts.

once i add in the work i've had to do to get it back up to par, you're right. i had to buy 4 new tires, air filter, oil change, drive belt, replace the 3rd brake light and it also needs new shocks and lower control arm bushings (which you apparently need to replace the entire control arm assembly ($200 each) since i cant find just bushings).
