Hey all -

So, OK - we're starting to get ready for this - starting to design and blueprint ideas for a Sedan exhaust. Not sure about timing, so I don't want to guarantee anything.

What I do want from you all is input. So, there are two things I am asking and two places to do it in THIS thread.

1 - What do you want out of a Sedan exhaust? What do you hate from what is currently available?

2 - We need a list of everyone that is currently interested if we make one.

So lets hop to it...

The only existing true-dual exhausts are the Borla and the Stillen. The Stillen gains a lot of power up top with a sexy tone to match, but looses a TON of low end. The Stillen is also known as being notoriously annoying with its terrible drone. I don't have any experience with the Borla, but am not fond of the looks of it, nor the fact that it comes in so many pieces (lots of potential for leaks). I'm really excited that you are at least putting this feeler out there, as there certainly is a demand for a product like this.

Make it fit the AWD sedans and power gains without low end torque loss.

The Borla has decent gains with a nice deep tone that is not too loud. It looks very factory but clean.

If you could come up with a kit that had gains more like the Stillen without the rasp/drone it would be great.

Even better if youl could come up with some kind of dual kit that had tips on each side like all the other VQ35 cars/suvs that looked good and sounded good you would sell a ton of them. I know it probably won't happen but it would be hot.

In order to do this properly, you would have to relocate the evap canister.

If they can figure this part out then I'm definitely in.

Personally i'd like to see a True Dual catback with a single exit, dual tip. The number one thing i think we'd all like to have is NO droning. Like vodka said the stillen drones and i have the borla and it drones like no other from 2000-2900 rpms. So if you could get rid of that drone and have a Td exhaust that sounded as good as your coupe exhaust i'd definitely buy it.

well i like wut everyone has said so far, but there should be options, a loud and quiet model, single or double tip, obviously no drone, but loud is good at least to me. Amplify the HKS rear section and u got it or if it sounds like the HKS Hi-power for the coupe, that would be AWSOME!

Have been considering getting a Stillen Exhaust for a very long time but with such bad reviews of horrible droning i was immediately unattracted... If you guys can create something For THE AWD G35x that puts out great power like Stillen, But NO droning, wow i will be one happy kid
