It doesn't seem possible to access the fog lights from under the hood. How do i get to them?

Search this has been discussed many times.

You can get to it from the wheel well, remove the front of the wheel well. You can remove the wheel for easier access to the light, but it can be done without removing the wheel.

 

fenderwells.......turn wheel all the way and peel back after unclipping them........

I did a search under "fog light access" and "changing fog lights" and nothing useful came up.
