Before my 03 sedan i had a Lexus Sc400 and before that I had a moddded BMW 325is.
Compared to both of those cars G35 seems so boring I drove g35 for about two month now, I thought I would get use to the car but its still not fun to drive two month later. I dont know if this has to do with the size of the G or maybe because of how smoth transmision shifts, Im not sure. Its just does not seem fun to drive......
ANyone else feels the same?

yur smokin some $hit dude. Turn off VDC, put it in ManualMode and then tell me this car isnt fun to drive. And maybe get a real exhaust instead of one off ebay

maybe that's why its boring...

i know my car is a blast to drive, although in retrospect i would have gotten a 6mt, i still feel good when i beat 6mt coupe's.

LOL, figured I would let some of the vets chime in before posting. I've only had my G for 2 mos but I love it. RWD + power + handling = fun.

 

Must be u, everytime I get into my car it feels like the 1st time. Get some grounding wires for the AT, susp, sways and some good sporty tires and drive the car like it was meant to be driven.

 

well i have the sport suspension package from the factory already, i got a body kit on it so car defenetly looks good. Still as far as driving,,,something is missing,,
I dont like the cheap looking center console, also what the **** is with that Bose stereo? first off it dont sound that good, second they need a better display system,,,**** my 93 sc400 had better looking climate control and stereo display...
Engine dont sound as good as the v8 did,,,and what the **** is with the throttle system,,,it seems like it pulls the same if i step 60% of the throttle vs 100% WTF ?? retarded system. Maybe thats why the fuel mileage is so crappy?

o and the manual transmission mode is ****,it takes like 10 seconds for the gears to switch.

also ****,,,the xeon Headlights,,,they are nto even self leveling what the ****???

there is no on board computer,,,,**** my 1993 325is had better features

 

Trade the car in than if you don't like it. You need to look at the 2007 G35 sedan because they have redone the interior and exterior. I have heard the interior is a lot better than 03 to 06.

 

sorry you feel that way man...if you are so dissatisfied with the car, then you should get something else...if not, then i would definitely remove the grill and get the nismo bumper...cuz it looks kinda bunk imo...

 

Just you, but it may just be your Autozone K&N type Intake and Ebay universal exhaust.

 

its just a cheaply made car thats all,,,,Infiniti cut a lot of corners on it...

 

It's just you! I have had my sedan for 4 years now and still have fun everytime I drive it.

 

I think that if you already dislike the G after two months...you didn't take enough time to think about buying it in the first place.

 

wow, sounds like you have alot to b!tch about this car, i geuss it's just not the car for you. I'm glad i have my 05 cuz the throttle is dead on and it shifts pretty quick in MM without grounding gear, i have no problems with my dash (maybe cuz i have a flip screen dvd player now, but still, the bose wasnt THAT bad in the 05, maybe the 03's

sounds like you need to sell it and get a new car.
