350Z Sways??

I've got a chance to pick-up a set of sways from an 06 350Z.

#1 - Will they fit my 06 Sedan?
#2 - Am I better of going aftermarket? Looking at the Hotchkis..

The dealership that I bough my G just NISMO'd out a Z and asked if I wanted the parts + they would do the install and alignment. I got my Z-tube and a shocks/springs from them so they called me first.

OK - just order a set of the Hotchkis Front and Rear sways from JSC speed with the group buy special.

Another question...is $300 for a brand new (less than 10-miles) set of struts and springs from a 2006 350Z a good deal? I looked through the classifieds and did not see a set like this listed for sale over the past few months of posts. Thanks -

According to our suspension guru Gsedan35, the later revised Z had 17% stiffer front bar

Hardly worth it.

Any pics of your car with the suspension and 20"s - how far out of alignment was the car after the new suspenion was installed?

i posted a pic long ago, but cant find it on this computer...i'll take some pics soon...you can put your alignment back to specs, but i didnt align my car yet and it has been 5k miles...trying to wear out my tires so i can slap on some better ones, then i will get it aligned...from what i can see so far, it has been pretty even wear on the tires

03/04 oem Z sway's are the same parts as equipped on 03/04 sedan's and 03-07 coupe's (coupes with oem 17"/18" wheels).

04.5-07 oem Z sway's differ from 03/04 oem Z sway's by having a stiffer front bar as mentioned above.

05-06 sedan's REGARDLESS of suspension type, got thicker sway's as did 05-07 coupe's that have oem 19" wheels. I have every reason to believe that they are the same bar's that 04.5-07 Z's have and 17% stiffer in the front only.

IMO, pickup a setup of front and rear adjustable sway bars, that have the collar system you like (built in or you add them on), from a brand name you like at a price point you feel is justified.
